The Academy features both Men’s and Women’s programmes, with a Girls’ Academy launched in 2024 for U12/U13 players. The aim is to create a clear player pathway feeding into the Women’s Academy, ensuring long-term development opportunities.

This initiative helps students develop their skills, technique, and understanding of the game while fostering a passion for football within an educational setting.

This partnership will establish both an Academy and an Educational Pathway for players aged 16–18, combining high-level football training with academic studies delivered by VLUK (Virtual Learning UK).
Players will have the opportunity to represent the Academy in college league fixtures and national cup competitions, gaining invaluable experience in competitive environments.
