Soccer Camps

The Paris Saint -Germain Academy UK offers first-class Soccer Camps for both UK and international students aged 8-17.

The Academy offers holiday soccer camps and residential soccer camps across various UK locations.

How Does the Programme Work?

The Paris Saint-Germain soccer camps run from one week up to four weeks depending on the programme chosen. During the soccer camps players will learn to play the Paris Saint-Germain way – maintain possession and controlling the game.

Paris Saint-Germain values the importance of encouraging players to work together and enjoy possession of the ball. Each soccer player will have the opportunity to develop their ball mastery, dribbling, passing, shooting and aerial skills throughout the soccer camp and will have the chance to show off their skills during the game every day.

Individual Progress and Development Reports

At the end of the holiday camps every player receives a certificate of attendance along with a very important individual Progress and Development report which has been completed by fully qualified coaches who monitor the players across the sessions.

The progress report will give the players the feedback that they need to develop their soccer skills and overall method.

Day Camps And Holiday Camps

The Paris Saint -Germain Academy UK run holiday soccer camps during some school holidays.

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy UK is committed to delivering high class soccer coaching sessions which are available for children from all over the world no matter what their ability.

During in a typical week training will include:

Ball mastery, running with the ball and & dribbling
Passing/ receiving and receiving to turn
Shooting from short and long distance
Defending/ tackling/marking
Aerial control/heading and goalkeeping
Developing social/physical/ technical/ psychological awareness
Understanding tactics/formations and styles of play

What You Would Need to Bring

All Players will receive a full Nike Paris Saint-Germain Academy UK kit but are expected to bring, football boots, astro boots or trainers, shin pads, suncream and a light water proof jacket with them each day.

For our international students where English is not their first language there will be the opportunity to take English lessons alongside their soccer camps.

These camps will take place at both Mount St Mary’s College and Rossall school where The Paris Saint Germain Academy UK works in partnership with ACCORD International Summer Schools.

ACCORD International Summer Schools

ACCORD International Summer Schools will offer their English language courses for children in two UK locations: Mount St Mary’s College, Derbyshire and Rossall school in Fleetwood, Lancashire.

ACCORD Paris Language school was founded in 1988 where to this day French language courses are offered to both adults, children and families.

In 2012 ACCORD International Summer Schools – was acquired and joined ACCORD Language schools to deliver English language courses to children all over the world.

As part of Paris Saint -Germain Academy’s global development they partnered with ACCORD International Summer Schools and The Paris Saint-Germain Academy UK was born!

Residential Camps

The residential soccer camps are for those who want to make the most of their summer and Paris Saint-Germain experience, they give players the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in a cultural experience with children and teenagers from all over the world!

The residential camps in the UK offer children the chance to be coached by UEFA qualified coaches in first class  sporting facilities. For non – English speaking players there is the opportunity to add on 15 hours of English classes per week.

Choose from one of three programmes:

Football & English Camp

Players can choose to take the Paris Saint-Germain Academy with English lessons.

They will join other children from all over the world, to take English lessons in the morning and join the soccer camps in the afternoons. All players will take 15 hours of English lessons per week to fully immerse themselves in British culture and make the most of their time in the UK.

There will also be students from the UK in attendance on the camps making it a fully immersive experience!

Classes will be set by level and also have no more than 14 to a class.

This Camp will also include:

  • Welcome pack (Bag, ID card, Notebook, Pen)
  • Training kit (Shirt, shorts, socks)
  • Full Board Accommodation
  • 24 hour supervision & welfare and pastoral staff
  • Insurance
  • 1 stadium tour per week/ 3 stadium tours per 2 week stay
  • PSG Academy England certificate
  • Player report card
  • ACCORD ISS course certificate
  • English report card

Pro Football Camp

An intensive football camp for players who don't require English lessons.

The Pro Football Camp will consist of 40 hours of football training per week in smaller group sessions for maximum development.

Players will also take part in workshops in nutrition, strength and conditioning, stress management, game analysis and more.

Individual data analysis, statistics and a progress report will be available through players using a data analysis pack during their stay.

The camp will also include:

  • Welcome pack (Bag, ID card, Notebook, Pen)
  • Training kit (Shirt, shorts, socks)
  • Pro Bundle (Training top, polo shirt, tracksuit, rain jacket, data analysis pack)
  • Full Board Accommodation
  • 24 hour supervision & welfare and pastoral staff
  • Insurance
  • 1 stadium tour per week/ 3 stadium tours per 2 week stay
  • PSG Academy England certificate
  • Player report card

 

 

Pro English Camp

The Pro experience with English lessons for the ultimate Intensive Football Camp!

The Pro English Camp will include 25 hours of football training per week with 15 hours of English lessons with ACCORD ISS.

Players from across the world will be at the summer camp including those from the UK making this a truly immersive experience!

As well as benefiting from workshops in nutrition, strength and conditioning , stress management and more, individual data analysis will be available for players on this programme. Using a data analysis pack player statistics and progress reports will be available to review.

The Camp will also include:

  • Welcome pack (Bag, ID card, Notebook, Pen)
  • Training kit (Shirt, shorts, socks)
  • Pro Bundle (Training top, polo shirt, tracksuit, rain jacket, data analysis pack)
  • Full Board Accommodation
