We are incredibly proud to announce that one of our players from PSG Academy Middleton, in partnership with Hopwood Hall College, has been selected to represent the Bermuda Women’s U17 National Team in the upcoming CONCACAF Women’s U17 Qualifiers.
R-Zanee Evans-Waldron, who trains and develops at PSG Academy Middleton and also represents Rochdale AFC, continues to impress with her performances at both academy and club level. She is currently enrolled on our Football and Education partnership programme with Hopwood Hall College, where she is completing her Level 3 Diploma in Sport with Football, successfully balancing her academic studies alongside elite football development.

The CONCACAF qualifiers get underway this weekend, with R-Zanee set to face Suriname in Bermuda’s opening fixture. The group stage will also see Bermuda take on Panama and Bonaire as they aim to progress through the competition.
This will not be R-Zanee’s first time representing her country, having previously featured for Bermuda at international level. The Bermuda Women’s U17s are currently ranked 14th out of 41 nations in the CONCACAF rankings, underlining the high standard of international football she will be competing in.
R-Zanee’s selection is a fantastic achievement and a testament to her commitment, hard work, and continued development. Everyone at PSG Academy UK wishes her the very best of luck as she represents her nation on the international stage.
We look forward to following her journey and cheering her on throughout the tournament.
