They went on to the Semi -Finals where the Hopwood Hall Parisiennes scored first to go 1-0 up, but unfortunately after conceding a last-minute goal they went out on penalties.
It was a cruel way to go out after a stunning performance in the tournament. The girls did the college and the PSG family proud!

The Hopwood Hall girls topped this group which consisted of 5 teams including them:

  • Cardinal Newman College (1-0 Win)
10 points out of the 4 games conceding 0 goals and scoring 5 was a testament to the effort from all the players!
Semi -Final Stage

As we grow our partnerships across the country. Hopwood Hall College have been focussed on the development of the Women’s game in the region.
The dedication for the college, staff and the players involved is showcased in the results of the fixtures. However, the desire from all the players to develop lifelong skills in the classroom ensures that they are a step ahead of their peers.
Well done to all involved and we cannot wait to see how the rest of the season goes!
