The Paris Saint-Germain Academy England are incredibly proud to announce a new and exciting partnership with Hopwood Hall College in Middleton, Manchester!
Hopwood Hall College and University Centre provide high quality further education to everyone wanting to further their studies and skill set. It has been particularly renowned for its hugely successful Football Academy which over the years has produced many talented professional footballers and won over 40 trophies both locally and internationally!
By partnering with Hopwood Hall College, The Paris Saint-Germain Academy England aim to develop players of all abilities and bring the methodology of the Parisian club to the Academy. That includes both a Mens Academy and a Womens Academy!

The Academy will run as part of the Diploma in sport (level 1, 2 and 3) which equates to a Pearsons BTEC Level (1,2 or 3) in Sport QCF. It is therefore a priority to both parties that all football players are fully supported to reach their educational targets as well as developing as a footballer. As Hopwood Hall College say: ‘A work hard play hard ethos is expected from all students’.
This unique training programme which combines the Paris Saint-Germain Academy England with a diploma in sport is led by qualified, highly experienced and respected coaches. Students will cover a variety of topics including; anatomy and physiology in sport, sports coaching, nutrition, sports psychology, sport as a business, sports therapy just to name a few!
Once completing level 3, the course provides a pathway for students to either go on to further education (university) or start their career in a variety of fields which may include sports coaching, PE assistant in schools, armed forces, sports therapist, sports journalist, sports business and marketing, gym instructor.
This summer there will also a Holiday Camp for children of all abilities aged 8-15 years old. This will take place from 31st August- 3rd September. More information about this to come…
