Coaches Comments/Player Development:
‘Toby is a highly intelligent player, showcasing exceptional on-field vision. Toby is also an effective communicator on the pitch. His vocal presence enhances coordination among teammates. In addition, his ball control, especially in tight situations, enables him to keep the ball with ease. In this block, Toby has improved his understanding of positioning and off-the-ball movement, allowing him to create greater space and options for himself and his teammates.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Toby across multiple camps and programmes, and it’s unanimous among coaches that he is a pleasant, characterful young man. Toby’s maturity is beyond his years, and it’s gratifying to witness his growing confidence both on and off the pitch.
It’s clear that Toby has a bright future ahead, and I have full confidence in his continued success. Great job, Toby!
